Welcome to eRegulations Da Nang

The Da Nang eRegulations system is an online database designed to bring total transparency to foreign investment procedures in Da Nang. It is brought to you by the Foreign Investment Agency of Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, in cooperation with Danang People's Committee, Danang Investment and Promotion Centre, Danang Industrial and Export Processing Zones Authority, and Danang Hi-tech Park (DHTP).

You will find here descriptions of investment procedures in industrial zones, in Da Nang Hi-tech Park and outside those special zones.

Procedures are detailed step-by-step, from the user's point of view. For each step you have access to the contact details of the entities/offices/persons in charge, forms and requirements, costs, duration and laws. Please report any incorrect information to us through the “report incorrect information” button which appears in each step file.
