For case that investors authorize other person to submit application file and receive result, supplement:

issued by investor for his/her legal representative

Time frame
For projects with capital equal or above VND300 billion to be registered, the duration is 17 working days since the date of receiving of the proper application file.
For projects other projects to be registered, the duration is 5 working days since the date of receiving of the proper application file. The date to collect investment certificate is mentioned in the receipt of application file
