After 2 working days from the date of submission of the application for investment certificate, the investor (or its authorized representative) may contact the IPC to verify the status of the application. IPC may require additional documents, in this case it will contact the investor (or its authorised representative) to pick up request letter for additional information/documents or IPC will send by post this letter to investors. The IPC may either
(i) withdraw the original receipt and issue a new one to the investor
(ii) indicate the additional documents in the original receipt.
