Business Cooperation Contract (Eng) (original)

MOU on office lease (an authentic copy)

Written approval for using State capital (original)
approving Vietnamese investor’s use of State capital for the business cooperation (if applicable)

Passport or Vietnamese ID card of the person requesting consular legalization (original)

When setting up BCC, foreign party may establish an executive office. The details of executive office's location could be indicated in the registration form.
Notes :
a. All foreign documents must be legalized (legalization valid for 3 months) and translated into Vietnamese
b. Foreign passports can be notarized by any district level people’s committee with no need for consular legalization.
